Straight Bets

- A straight bet is one of the most common forms of sports betting where you pick in advance which team will win the game.

For baseball, you bet on which team will win the game outright.

For basketball or football, there will generally be a point spread as part of the bet. If the number is positive (+), then you add the points to your team's score. If the number is negative (-), then subtract those points from your team's score. The side with the higher score after the points are applied is the winner.

Straight Bets Payoffs - For football and basketball the payoff is $100 for every $110 wagered unless otherwise noted. It is customary when making a bet that you put up the juice as part of your wager. Therefore, $110 will be wagered if you specify a $100 straight bet.

For sports involving no point spread (such as baseball or boxing), the money line (ML) determines the payoff. If the money line is a negative number, then you wager the amount of the money line for each $100 of your bet. For example, if the money line is -135, then you would wager $135 to win your $100 bet. If the money line is a positive number, then you will wager $100 to win the money line. For example, if the money line is +125, then you would wager $100 to win $125.

When entering an ML wager using the "base" amount, always enter the amount you wish to WIN when wagering on a favorite (negative number), and enter the amount you wish to RISK when wagering on an underdog (positive number). You also may choose to "risk" or "win" a specific amount regardless of whether you are wagering on a favorite or an underdog.

Totals

- When you bet on totals, you are betting on whether the total points scored in the game will be higher or lower than the posted total.

Totals Payoffs

- For football and basketball the payoff for a winner is $100 for every $110 wagered unless otherwise noted. It is customary when making a bet that you put up the juice as part of your wager. Therefore, $110 will be wagered if you specify a $100 total bet.

For baseball totals, the total points seldom move. Instead, applying a money line to the total creates line moves. Therefore, your payoff will depend on the money line at the time of the wager.

Parlays

- A parlay is a group of straight bets of either spreads/moneylines or totals combined into one bet with an increased pay out (see chart below). For the parlay to be a winner, all of the individual selections of the parlay need to win. If there is a push, cancellation, or no action in one or more of your parlay picks, the wager steps down to the next lower number of teams. Two team parlays with one selection resulting in a push, cancellation, or no action, reverts to a straight wager. If all the picks of your parlay are pushes, cancellations, or no action, your parlay is graded as a TIE and the risked funds will be returned to your account.

You can parlay proposition bets of different games in the same parlay and also mix different sports. Parlays containing spreads, moneylines or team totals of 1st half, 2nd half, periods and quarters of the same sporting event are considered correlated parlays and are not permitted.

For almost all sports, parlays including spreads or moneylines to totals of the same game are valid. For football, you can parlay side to total of the same game when the ratio between the spread and the total is greater than 3 to 1. You are allowed to parlay moneylines to totals on selected options in baseball and hockey. For baseball, hockey, soccer, and most other sports, parlays with spreads to totals are not permitted.

Teasers

- A teaser is a group of straight bets and/or totals combined into one bet. The difference between a parlay and a teaser is that with a teaser, the line you bet against for each individual wager is moved to your favor by the number of points of the teaser. If the regular line is -10 and you have a 6-point teaser, then your line would be -4.

As with a parlay, all of the individual parts need to win for the teaser to be a winner. This wager type is available for Football and Basketball only. Teasers are not yet available for baseball or hockey.

Teasers Payoffs

– Teaser wager payoffs depend on how many teams are selected and how many points are given to each team. Payoffs for football and basketball teasers are shown in the tables below.

Ties Reduce Teasers

– If there is a push in one or more of your teaser's individual parts, then the wager steps down to the next lower number of teams. If a two-team teaser has a push and a winner, then the teaser is "no-action" (refunded).

Ties Win Teasers

– All ties are treated as winning selections. If one or more of the selections are ties, those selections count as winning picks. Even if all of the selections are ties, all those ties are considered winners in "Ties Win Teasers". A game not played or completed on the original scheduled date is not deemed as a tie. If a game is postponed or canceled, the teaser would step down to the next lower number of teams.

Ties Lose Teaser

– Any tie is treated as a losing selection. A game not played or completed on the original scheduled date is not deemed as a "tie". If a game is postponed or canceled, the teaser would step down to the next lower number of teams.

In instances where a teaser is reduced to a one team teaser due to games being postponed or completely canceled, the player will be permitted to choose replacements for the canceled selections. If there are 2 or more selections of the teaser that were not canceled, then no alterations to the teaser will be permitted. Any losing pick, even if that is the only remaining selection in a teaser, automatically becomes a loser.

If-Bets (Win Only)

- An If-Bet is a chain of wagers that carry over to the next bet only if the player wins the initial selection. The player has to wager a fixed amount on the first selection. A new selection can be placed with another fixed amount, up to the payout amount of the subsequent wager.

The player must win the first wager in order for the remaining wagers to have action. If the first wager loses or pushes, there is no subsequent action. As each selection wins, there will be action on the following wager. There may be up to 15 selections in one If-Bet. Correlation restrictions for If-Bets are the same as they are for parlays.

If "action" is selected on baseball moneyline wagers, the total risk amounts deducted at the time of placing an If-Bet may exceed the amount of the initial wager selection. This risk increase is due to a potential price change, in the event of a pitching change. To avoid available funds being frozen until the wager is closed, always choose listed pitchers in your If-Bet selections.

If-Bets (Win and Push)

- Same as If-Bets (win only) but in this case, a subsequent wager has action if the prior bet wins OR PUSHES.

Round Robin

- Easily turn your parlay into a Round Robin. A Round Robin bet is a method to box a parlay. Our Software automatically calculates the combinations for you. A "Round Robin with 2's, 3's" would include all the possible two team and three team parlays which can be made with all the current selections. The risk amount entered will be the desired risk amount on each individual combination created.

How to place a Round Robin bet - Once logged into the Sportsbook, select Parlay from the sportsbook-wagering menu. Make your Parlay selections.

Verify your selections. Below the selections, you may change your "Single Parlay" into your desired "Round Robin."

Point Buying

Buying points moves the point spread in your favor by the number of points purchased. Customers may buy half points on football and basketball game sides and totals only when betting straight wagers or parlays. First half and half-time point buying is not available. Each half point purchased increases in cost for each additional point. The maximum point buy ranges from 10 to 20 points based on the league and sport.

The number "3" and "7" in the football are key numbers. It costs extra to buy on and off these numbers. The amount of the extra cost will vary from league to league.

RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Online gaming is supposed to be a fun and recreational pastime but we at Betrnk realize that, for some, it can become a problem that adversely affects their lives and the lives of those around them.

While we pride ourselves on offering a service that is accessible to our members wherever they are, unfortunately our service has the potential to be abused. And, like so many other activities, when online gaming becomes compulsive and unmanaged, it becomes a problem.

We therefore promote responsible gaming in the following ways:

Age Limits:

Online gaming is a form of adult entertainment and it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to play on Betrnk. All of our members must be 18 or older and we reserve the right to ask for verification documents from any member and may deactivate any account until such proof is received.

Anyone under the age of 18 that is found to be gaming on Betrnk will have all winnings forfeited.

To prevent underage access we recommend the Internet's most trusted parental control filtering sites:

www.netnanny.com

www.cybersitter.com

www.cyberpatrol.com

www.contentwatch.com

Personal Limits:

It's easy for unmanaged gaming to become problem gaming, which is why we have options to help you set limits on your play. We also have the ability to block your access to the site if gaming is a problem.

Please click here to email us if you would like to lower your limits or close your account. Don't forget to include your customer id (account) number and the action you would like us to take.

Getting Help:

If you believe you have a gaming problem there are always people who understand your issue and help is always available. The Nevada Council on Problem Gambling has a 24-hour, toll-free hot-line at 1-800-522-4700. You can also visit the Gamblers Anonymous website or GamCare, the leading UK provider of information, advice, support and free counseling for the prevention and treatment of problem gambling.

These are both non-profit organizations that are in no way affiliated with Betrnk.

Lastly, if you have any queries about these policies or our stance on responsible gaming, don't hesitate to contact us.

22. APPENDIX - Game Rules

SPORTING EVENTS

Football Baseball Boxing Golf

Soccer Cricket Hockey Rugby

Tennis Motorsports NCAA Hoops Horses Racing

Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.

All sporting events with the exception of the Super Bowl* must be played on the date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. Sporting events postponed by more than 12 hours and or rescheduled, will constitute 'no-action', and all money will be credited accordingly. Special Motorsport Rule: Races must be run within eight (8) days of the scheduled date for your bet to have action.

*All wagers on the Super Bowl stand even if the date, time or site has been changed.

All bets must be made and accepted before the start of the game/event wagered upon. Any bet placed or received after the start of the game/event wagered upon will be void.

Management reserves the right to limit the maximum amount wagered prior to acceptance of any bet. Members are not permitted to open multiple accounts in order to circumvent the limits imposed by our wagering system. If multiple accounts are used then all bets will be void.

Betrnk does not recognize suspended games, protests, scoring amendments, result reversals and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

Winners and losers are official after:

Football - NCAA & NFL - 55 minutes of play

Basketball - NBA - 43 minutes of play

Basketball - NCAA - 35 minutes of play

Hockey - NHL - 55 minutes of play

All other sporting events - 55 minutes of play

Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of the scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.

In addition, please note that:

For Football prop wagers where the possibilities are Odd or Even any results which ends as zero counts as even.

Overtime periods, quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money line and point-spreads (except in soccer).

On half-time wagers, overtime is included as part of the second-half in both side and total wagers.

On fourth quarter wagers, overtime is not included as part of the fourth quarter side or total.

Scores and stats from overtime periods are also included for proposition bets unless the prop bet specifically states that overtime is not included.

Special Football Season Win Rules

'NFL Season Win Totals' only include regular season games and all 16 regular season games must be played for action. Play-off games and pre-season games do not count for this bet offering.

'NCAA Season Win Totals' only include regular season games. Each team must play their scheduled 12 regular season games. Championship games and Bowl games do not count for this bet offering. Teams must play all scheduled opponents.

Special Major League Baseball Rules

Major League Baseball games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4½ innings if the home team is leading. If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which the game was suspended. In that case the winner will be determined by the score at the time the game is called. (This rule holds for betting purposes even if the game is suspended and /or completed on a different day than it began).

When wagering on Totals, Run Lines or Propositions the game must go the regulation 9 innings, or 8½ innings if the home team is leading, otherwise it will constitute a 'no-action' wager, and all money will be credited accordingly. These are always graded based on the listed pitchers.

When you place a 'money line' wager on baseball you can choose whether or not you would like your bet to have action in the event of a pitching change.

Note: If there is a pitching change and you have selected to keep action on the wager, the odds of your bet will be adjusted to the odds as they stand when the game begins.

Any and all baseball series wagers must have all 3 games played by the end of a specified date for the wager to have action. If all 3 games are not played by that specified date then all wagers have 'no-action', regardless if one team has 2 wins. All 3 games must be official by Las Vegas Gaming Standards (see our rules regarding baseball wagers and what constitutes an official result).

Note: If we provide a baseball series price for a series that has 4 games, for grading purposes, the wager is based on the initial 3 games.

Baseball Grand Salami: The Baseball Grand Salami will be decided by the total runs scored in all major-league games scheduled for that day.

Boxing

When the bell sounds for the first round, the bout (fight) will be considered official, regardless of the scheduled length or title.

The official stopping of a round before the sounding of the bell does not constitute a full round. A full round is only considered for wagering purposes when the bell sounds signifying the end of said round.

Special Boxing Rule: Fights must be run within two months of the specified date for your bet to have action.

Special MMA Rule: Fights must be run within 15 days of the specified date for your bet to have action.

Golf

For tournament match-up betting, both players listed in the match-up must tee-off for your bet to be deemed 'Action'. The player with the most completed holes wins. If the players complete the same number of holes, then the player with the lowest score wins. If the players are still tied then the wager shall be deemed 'no-action' and all monies will be refunded. If both golfers in a match-up are in a playoff, the winner of play-off wins the match-up.

Should a tournament be shortened, or otherwise affected, due to weather conditions the official result will be used when settling, regardless of the number or rounds played. However, should there be no further play after a bet is struck that bet will be void.

Single day match-ups are wagers on the particular day's 18-holes. Single Day match-ups do not include holes played as part of a completion from the previous day's round or playoff holes considered part of the overall tournament score. Should a day's round be shortened, or otherwise affected, due to weather conditions and the round is continued the next day, the full 18 holes shall be considered in determining the outcome of the bet even if they are played over two days. Both golfers must tee off for action. If both players end the 18 holes in a tie, the money line wagers shall be refunded and stroke line wagers will be deemed 'Action'.

For single round-single player propositions, all 18 holes must be completed.

For single round betting on match play tournaments, the players/team must tee off for action. 18 holes do not necessarily need to be played.

Margin of victory is the number of shots the leader holds over the field after 72 holes. If a tournament goes to a playoff, the margin of victory will be declared '0' and bets on the under will be graded as winners.

Golf Odds to Win: All bets are 'action' unless otherwise stated.

Las Vegas Rules apply for any rules not mentioned here.

General Soccer Rules

Disclaimer: We settle soccer wagers using decimal (European) odds. If you have chosen to view odds in American or fractional format, you may notice a slight variation from the payout you expect. This is because our decimal odds are correct to two decimal places.

Unless explicitly specified, all soccer bets will be graded on outcomes in 'Regular Time' which includes 90 minutes of play plus any time added by the referee in respect of injuries and other stoppages. Extra Time, Golden Goals and Penalty Shoot-Outs do not count.

In major knock-out tournaments, for example the latter stages of the World Cup, where a winner is required in order to progress to the next leg, bets are still settled on Regular Time. Extra Time, Golden Goals and Penalty Shoot-Outs do not count. A separate bet on Extra Time may be offered if Extra Time is played.

Bets on Under 17s Soccer matches will be settled on 80 minutes of play plus any time added by the referee in respect of injuries and other stoppages.

Match details, such as dates and kick-off times, displayed on the website are for guidance only and may be amended or taken off the board at any time. Soccer events officially postponed by more than 24 hours and/or rescheduled will constitute 'no-action' and all money will be credited accordingly. The exceptions to this rule are official international and club tournament games (eg. World Cup or Champions League) where a match must be played regardless, in which case all bets will be actioned on the rearranged game.

If a match is abandoned and/or suspended all bets shall be void unless the relevant wagering option has already been decided. For example, a bet on the First Goal Scorer' will stand if a goal has already been scored.

Where a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original away team's ground in which case all bets will be voided.

Hockey

For wagering purposes, winners and losers are determined by the final score, provided that the game has gone the minimum time as specified above.

Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.

Rugby

For Rugby Games, if any match is abandoned or postponed all bets will be void, except bets on the first try scorer if a try has been scored prior to abandonment.

Where a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original away team's ground in which case all bets will be void.

Tennis

For Tennis Match betting, at least two full sets must be completed for wagers to stand. If less than two sets are completed then all wagers will be considered no action. For example, if a player retires from a game when two sets have already been completed, all bets will stand, with the player progressing to the next round deemed as winner.

If a match is not completed in full then all wagers on Props and Live Betting will be no actioned, unless the relevant wagering option has already been decided. For example, a bet on the 'First Set Winner' will stand if the first set has already been fully completed before play was suspended

In the event of any of the following circumstances, all bets will stand:

A change of playing surface

A change of venue

A change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa

The match is delayed or postponed due to inclement weather/bad light and is completed on a later date.

In these instances, any bets will be settled on the final outcome after the conclusion of play.

Motorsports

When placing a wager on 'Odds to Win' a race, wagers shall be deemed 'no-action' should the driver not start the race.

The official winner at the conclusion of the race will be the winner for betting purposes

The start of any motor race is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap

In League Championship wagering, drivers must race in at least one race during the season to be deemed 'Action'.

For a motor sports match-up or finishing position prop to be deemed 'Action' both drivers must start the race and complete the first lap.If both drivers fail to complete the race then the driver completing the most laps will be deemed the winner. If both drivers retire on the same lap then bets will be settled on the official race finishing order

The race must complete the scheduled number of laps and/or distance for specific proposition wagers (pertaining to number of laps and/or distance) to be deemed 'Action'. Match-ups, finishing position props and future wagers will still have action regardless.

Special Motorsport Rule:Races must be run within eight (8) days of the scheduled date for your bet to have action.

Rules for Finishing Top 3: In the case of a tie or multiple players finishing in the top 3 position, wagers will be paid using our Dead Heat Rule.

Formula 1: At least 15 drivers must start the race for action.

Official sites will be used as grading source for all wagers (NASCAR.com, F1.com, and Indycar.com)

NCAA Hoops

In the event of a tie in NCAA conference wagering, the team entering the conference tournament 'seeded' higher shall be deemed the winner.

Parlay or Multiple Betting

No parlay wagers can be accepted where individual wagers are 'connected', 'dependent' or 'correlated'

Dead Heat Rule

In the event of a dead heat (a tie), stakes will be divided by the number of selections that have tied, with the divided stake settled at full odds. Remaining stakes are lost. If the tie was a betting option, then the dead heat rule does not apply. The dead heat rule only applies to 'future' wagers. For example, if there is a 3 way tie for the top scorer in a basketball game, then your winnings are calculated by taking your stake, dividing it by 3, and multiplying that amount by the odds on your betting ticket.

Buying Points

Buying points allows you to change the point-spread or total of a football or basketball game.

You can move the point-spread so you get more points when betting the underdog or you give away fewer points when betting the favorite. When buying the first ½ point or full point we charge 10 cents per ½ point. But after the first point, we charge 20 cents per ½ point.

You can only buy a maximum of 3 points in Football and Basketball, both College and Professional.

There is a special rule when buying points on the spread in football:

When buying on or off the 3 there is an extra cost of 15¢ on NFL and 10¢ on College Football.

When buying on or off the 7 there is an extra cost of 10¢ (both NFL and College).

Matchups

The following rules apply to horse matchup bets made via the sports betting interface.

In matchups between two or more named horses, all horses must start and finish the race with the jockey on top for wagers to have action.

Matchups are determined by horse name. Any information pertaining to race number, race track, etc are for courtesy purposes only. Also, any track coupling is irrelevant towards determining the winner of a matchup.

In matchups between one named horse and the Field, wagers will have action if and only if the named horse starts. Scratches of horses in the Field will not affect the standing of the wager.

Matchups are not eligible for rebates.

The winner of a matchup will be determined by the highest placed finisher involved in the matchup. If neither horse finishes the race with the jockey riding the horse the matchup will be graded no action.

Matchup wagers which indicate 'Turf Only' will be cancelled if the surface is changed.

In the case of a dead heat between two listed horses in the matchup, it will be graded no action

Settlement of Wagers

  • Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
  • In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled after a thorough investigation.
  • Management does not recognize protests or overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

    • Treatment for date change

      • If an event is not played on its scheduled date all wagers on the event will have no action.
      • Treatment if event does not come to its natural conclusion

      • All competitions/leagues except the NBA must go at least 35 minutes for action unless otherwise specified.
      • For wagers on periods (quarters and halves) the minimum time is considered to be the duration of the period. If the entire game is not completed, wagers on quarters and halves will have action if the relevant period was completed.

      Treatment for overtime

      • Any wager on the game or the 2nd half will include any overtime that may occur.
      • Any wager on the 4th quarter does not include any overtime that may occur.

      Regular Season Wins Props:

A NBA basketball team must play all scheduled games for its regular season wins wagers to have action.

      Individual Player Props:

In a proposition concerning an individual's total points, rebounds, assists, blocked shots, or any other similar statistic (or combination of these statistics), the specific player must start the game for action.

Any proposition which refers to a 3 point shot refers to a shot made/attempted behind the 3 point arc.

A "Double Double" for purposes of Basketball props means ten or more in at least two of the following categories: Points, Rebounds, Assists, Blocks or Steals.

A "Triple Double" for purposes of Basketball props means ten or more in at least three of the following categories: Points, Rebounds, Assists, Blocks or Steals. If you want to bet that the player will get a Double Double in the game you would wager on over 1/2 Double Double (or under 1/2, if you think he will not get a Double Double). The same would hold true regarding the procedure for wagers on a Triple Double.

      NBA Finals MVP Props:

For NBA Finals MVP propositions, if there are co-MVP’s, any bet related would be paid at full odds. If there is yes/no wagering on NBA Finals MVP and a named player is a co-MVP, then yes will be declared winner and paid at full odds.

If two players from the “the field” are co-MVPs, “the field” is graded as the winner and wagers paid one time.

      NBA Season MVP Props:

For NBA Season MVP propositions, if there are co-MVP’s, any bet related would be paid at full odds. If there is yes/no wagering on NBA Season MVP and a named player is a co-MVP, then yes will be declared winner and paid at full odds.

If two players from the “the field” are co-MVPs, “the field” is graded as the winner and wagers paid one time.

      NBA All Star Props:

      General Rules

      NBA Allstar MVP

      • For NBA Allstar MVP propositions, if there are co-MVP’s, any bet related would be paid at full odds. If there is yes/no wagering on NBA Allstar MVP and a named player is a co-MVP, then yes will be declared winner and paid at full odds.
      • If two players from the “the field” are co-MVPs, “the field” is graded as the winner and wagers paid one time.

      • 'NBA Season Win Totals' only include regular season games and all 82 regular season games must be played for action. Play-off games and pre-season games do not count for this bet offering.

      NCAA Tournament Props:

Only games played during and after the round of 64 will be counted toward posted propositions. Play-in games will not count. For example, if California plays Virginia in a play-in game before the round of 64, the winner will not have its win count toward the over/under number of wins for the Pac 12 or ACC conferences.

In the event of a tie in NCAA conference wagering, the team entering the conference tournament "seeded" higher shall be deemed the winner.

      Other Props:

For team to win the Eastern or Western Conference futures, the winner of the respective conference will be the team that reaches the NBA Finals.

      American Football

In NFL and College Football, a two-team teaser resulting in Tie/Win, Tie/Loss or Tie/Tie is considered a push and all money is refunded.

      NFL and NCAA Propositions:

      • For all American Football Propositions involving passing statistics for a QB, that QB must have one pass attempt for action.
      • For all American Football Propositions involving rushing attempts/yards for a QB, that QB must play for action. If the QB plays but has no rushing attempts, then yards for first attempt will be graded as zero yards (under is winner), and under will be declared winner of any Proposition regarding the QB’s rushing yards.
      • For all American Football Propositions involving receiving yards on first reception or longest reception for a specific player, that player must play for action. Note that if the player plays, but does not have a catch, his first reception yards and longest reception proposition will be graded as zero yards (under is the winner).
      • For American Football Propositions involving rushing attempts/yards for a RB, that RB must play for action. If the RB plays but has no rushing attempts, then yards for first attempt and longest rush propositions will be graded as zero yards, and under will be declared winner of all rushing yardage propositions.
      • If there is a score at exactly the 7:30, 6:30, or 2:00 (etc) minute mark, then the related propositions on whether there will be a score within that time frame of the game, half or quarter will be graded yes (in other words the score would count).
      • For first 1st down of game prop on run or pass, the bet is for the first 1st down play not achieved through a penalty.
      • For Super Bowl MVP propositions, if there are co-MVP’s, any bet related would be paid at full odds. If there is yes/no on Super Bowl MVP and named player is co-MVP, then yes will be declared winner and paid at full odds.
      • If two players from the “the field” are co-MVPs, “the field” is graded as the winner and wagers paid one time.
      • All 4th down conversion propositions, will be graded based on official box scores found at NFL.com or www.espn.com.
      • For multiway (3 or more contestants) propositions regarding MVP, first/last player to catch pass, first/last player to score touchdown, first/last player to have interception, all betting will be all-in (no refunds).
      • For will either team score 2, 3, 4, or 5 unanswered times propositions, extra points and two point conversions do not count, and any return, by the opposition, on an extra point or two point conversion also does not count.
      • For over/under of longest TD in game, if there are no TD’s in the game, then these propositions have no action.
      • For propositions involving an entire team's quarterbacks, only statistics achieved by quarterbacks listed on the team's roster will count. For example, if a running back throws a touchdown pass, that would NOT be counted as a completion/attempt nor a TD pass for that team's quarterbacks.

Special Teams and Defensive Touchdowns Propositions:

      • The only touchdowns considered to be special teams touchdowns are on plays where the ball is actually kicked or punted (these include: kickoff returns, punt returns, returns of a fumbled kick return, returns of a fumbled punt return, blocked field goal returns, or blocked punt returns).
      • A fake field goal or fake punt which results in a touchdown by the team that snapped the ball is an offensive touchdown.
      • For propositions involving a player to "score" a TD, passing for a TD is not considered a score for the player who threw the pass (unless, in very rare instances, the passer catches his own pass). For example, if there is a prop “will any player score 2 TD's in a game”, if a player throws for a TD, and runs for a TD, he will be deemed to have one TD, not two.
      • For “first team penalized for pass interference” props, both defensive and offensive interference counts. However, the penalty must be accepted and enforced on that play to have action. If there are offsetting penalties negating enforcement of interference, then the winner will be determined when an interference penalty is enforced.
      • For “first team penalized for holding” props, both defensive and offensive holding counts. However the penalty must be accepted and enforced on that play to have action. If there are offsetting penalties negating enforcement of holding, then the winner will be determined when a holding penalty is enforced.
      • For team with longest kickoff return proposition, both teams listed must have at least one kick return for action.
      • For team with longest punt return proposition, both teams listed must have at least one punt return for action.

      Odd or Even Player Propositions:

      • For all Propositions involving odd or even rushing yards, the player must have at least one rushing attempt.
      • For all Propositions involving odd or even receiving yards, the player must have at least one reception.
      • For grading purposes, zero will be considered an even number. Negative even numbers, -2, -4, -6, etc., will be considered even. Negative odd numbers, -1, -3, -5, etc., will be considered odd.

Proposition for number of different players to score:

      • For grading purposes, Touchdowns, 2 point conversions, Field Goals, and PAT's will be counted.
      • A Safety will not be counted.
      • A return of a PAT for 2 points, and a return of a 2 point conversion will be counted.
      • For over/under distance of a quarterback's first TD pass, he must throw a TD pass for action.
      • A free kick after a safety is not considered to be a punt for any proposition, regardless of how the free kick is executed.

      NFL Weekly Propositions

      • In NFL weekly propositions, a week number is defined by the schedule listed on NFL.com. For grading purpose, all games in the specific week are included for weekly propositions.
      • If any game in the listed week is canceled or postponed, and not completed within 96 hours of its scheduled start time, all weekly proposition bets will be void (regardless of the outcome in any specific game
      • To have action on NFL or NCAA Propositions, associated games must be played on the scheduled date and at the scheduled site.
      • For "yes/no will a certain player win the Heisman Trophy" wagers the player must play in his team's first scheduled game for action.
      • For "Will the game be tied after the first score?" proposition, yes will be declared the winner if the game is tied after the first score, regardless of whether it is tied before or after an extra point or 2 point conversion.
      • For player vs player longer kickoff return, both players listed must have at least one kick return for action. For player vs player longer punt return, both players listed must have at least one punt return for action.
      • A blocked punt will count as a punt for propositions for that team's number of punts (and number of punts by both teams combined). However, a blocked punt will not count as a punt for any individually named punter's propositions.
      • For propositions regarding what will be the last score of the game (or quarter, half), conversions do not count (only Touchdowns, Field Goals, Safeties will count).
      • For will a specific punter have a punt for a touchback, that punter must have at least one punt for action.
      • For shortest/longest punt by a specific punter, that punter must have at least one punt for action.
      • For total punts by a specific punter, if that punter is active and does not have a punt, then under will be declared the winner.
      • For longest or shortest successful field goal of game propositions, if there are no successful field goals, then those propositions have no action

Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of the scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.

In addition, please note that: For Football and Soccer prop wagers where the possibilities are Odd or even any results which ends as zero counts as even.

Overtime periods, quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money line and point-spreads (except in soccer).

      • On half-time wagers, overtime is included as part of the second-half in both side and total wagers.
      • On fourth quarter wagers, overtime is not included as part of the fourth quarter side or total.
      • Scores and stats from overtime periods are also included for proposition bets unless the prop bet specifically states that overtime is not included.

      Special Season Win Rules

“Season Win Totals” only include regular season games and all regular season games must be played for action. Play-off games and pre-season games do not count for this bet offering.

      Special Baseball Rules

MLB and International Baseball games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4½ innings if the home team is leading.

When you place a “money line” or ML wager on baseball you can choose whether or not you would like your bet to have action in the event of a pitching change.

Note:If there is a pitching change and you have selected to keep action on the wager, the odds of your bet will be adjusted to the odds as they stand when the game begins.

Any and all baseball series wagers must have all 3 games played by the end of a specified date for the wager to have action. If all 3 games are not played by that specified date then all wagers have 'no-action', regardless if one team has 2 wins. All 3 games must be official by Las Vegas Gaming Standards

Note: If we provide a baseball series price for a series that has 4 games, for grading purposes, the wager is based on the initial 3 games.

Baseball Grand Salami: The Baseball Grand Salami will be decided by the total runs scored in all major-league games scheduled for that day.

'MLB Season Win Totals' only include regular season games and all 160 regular season games must be played for action. Play-off games and pre-season games do not count for this bet offering.

Unless is mentioned a specific period of validation on the header of the Event (for Example: Fight must be completed before 31/12/2019)

      General Soccer Rules

Disclaimer: We settle soccer wagers using decimal (European) odds. If you have chosen to view odds in American or fractional format, you may notice a slight variation from the payout you expect. This is because our decimal odds are correct to two decimal places.

Unless explicitly specified, all soccer bets will be graded on outcomes in "Regular Time" which includes 90 minutes of play plus any time added by the referee in respect of injuries and other stoppages.

Soccer events officially postponed by more than 24 hours and/or rescheduled, will constitute "no-action" and all money will be credited accordingly.

For example, a bet on the First Goal Scorer will stand if a goal has already been scored.

Where a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original away team's ground in which case all bets will be voided.

Soccer kickoff dates and times displayed on our website are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match does not start as scheduled, and does not start the same day (local time of the match site) then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.

The exception being any wager on whether a team advances in a cup competition, or raises the cup, will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match

If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on both teams will be lost.

Wagers will be decided on games with two halves scheduled for 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts. Occasionally, tournaments, friendlies, or other matches may have time frames different than two 45 minute halves. If Management does not announce this special playing time before the start of the game all bets will be considered void and stakes returned. If, in a game scheduled for two halves of 45 minutes each, a referee ends the game with an official result with a time different than 2 halves of 45 minutes each, wagers will still have action. If a referee declares a game abandoned for any reason, wagers will be void and stakes returned.

      For example:

17 October 2010: FC Ashdod vs Hapoel Beer Sheva:

The match was abandoned by the referee during injury time in the 93rd minute because of crowd disturbances. At a later date, Hapoel Beer Sheve was awarded a technical win by the governing Football Association. In this case, all wagers were voided since the match was abandoned. It was irrelevant that 90 minutes were completed or that match was in injury time since the referee abandoned the match. In addition, for grading purposes, awarded technical results are not taken into consideration.

If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, (local time of the match site) wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned. If a match is suspended before full time is reached and not resumed the same day, (local time of the match site) wagers related to just the first half will have action, only if the first half has been completed.

However, in the case of a suspended match not resumed the same day, (local time of the match site) most other proposition wagers not strictly related to the first half will have no action. These will include, but aren't limited to: corner kicks, offsides, players to be sent off, red/yellow cards, both teams to score, correct score, time of first goal, clean sheet, and specific players to score/not score. For further clarity, a bet on both teams to score will be void in a suspended match, even if both teams have already scored. Likewise, a wager on a player to score/not score will have no action in a suspended match, even if that player already scored.

Likewise, a wager on when the first goal will be scored will have no action in a suspended match, regardless of whether a goal has been scored. Likewise all corner/offside bets will be void in a suspended match, even if the number has exceeded the posted over/under. Live propositions on the team to score first, or next, will have action if there is a goal in a suspended match.

Handicap Betting: Soccer games may have either a Single Handicap or a Double Handicap.

Single Handicap: This bet type is similar to a bet on the spread in basketball.

      For example:

      Arsenal -1, -125

      Newcastle +1, +113

If Arsenal wins the match by two goals or more, Arsenal bettors win and Newcastle bettors lose. If the match is drawn or if Newcastle wins, Newcastle bettors win and Arsenal bettors lose. If Arsenal wins by exactly one goal, all bettors receive a refund.

Double Handicap: This bet type splits a wager into two bets, each with the same moneyline, but at a different single handicap.

      For example:

      Real Madrid -1 and -1.5, -108

      Barcelona +1 and +1.5, +100

A client who bets $100 on Real Madrid actually has two separate bets on Real Madrid: $50 on Real Madrid -1 at -108 and $50 on Real Madrid -1.5 at -108.

A client who bets $50 on Barcelona actually has two separate bets on Barcelona: $25 on Barcelona +1 at +100 and $25 on Barcelona +1.5 at +100.

Overs/Unders: A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to be valid.

Should there be a dispute over a proposition (examples include, but are not limited to: name of the first goalscorer; time of a goal) wagers will be settled and paid based on the reports of the sporting media.

Wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shall be void and stakes returned.

Wagers on the second half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the second half. Extra periods, golden goals, and shootouts are not included in second half wagering. Goals scored in the first half do not count toward the second half wager.

Example: Suppose AC Milan lead Juventus 1-0 at half time and the odds on the second half are Juventus -0.5. The -0.5 applies to the second half of play only. Therefore Juventus bettors win if Juventus scores more goals in the second half than AC Milan scores in the second half. AC Milan bettors win if the teams score an equal number of goals in the second half, or if AC Milan scores more goals in the second half than Juventus scores in the second half.

The match must reach full time for second half wagers to stand.

Bets on teams to qualify or to advance to the next round of a competition:

Bets are paid out on the referee’s final whistle at the match’s natural conclusion, whether the match is decided in regular time, extra time, or in a penalty shootout. Extra time and penalty shootouts are always included for betting purposes.

In a one-leg match all bets have action once the match kicks off. If the referee abandons a one-leg match (for reasons including, but not limited to: crowd disturbances, unplayability of the pitch, or one team not having enough players to continue) bets will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body.

Bets will stand while the governing body considers the circumstances of the abandonment and determines what remedy is to be taken (including, but no limited to: forfeiture, resumption of play at a later time, or a replay). If a team is disqualified before the match kicks off, all bets are void. If the rules prescribe a replay for a drawn match, all bets stand for the replay.

In a two-leg match, all bets have action once the second leg kicks off, provided that the first leg has not been ruled a forfeit. If the first leg is ruled a forfeit, all bets on teams ‘to qualify’ or ‘to advance’ are void. If the second leg is abandoned, all bets remain valid and will be paid based on decisions of the relevant governing body.

Wagers made on a team winning a specific cup or trophy will have action through Extra Time and Penalty Kicks. For example, a bet made on AC Milan to win the Champions League Trophy would have action through Extra Time and Penalty Kicks and would be graded on the result after those added sessions(if they were needed to be played).

For proposition bets concerning total number of goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.

For example, a prop for total number of goals for 3 English Premiere matches on a Sunday, must have all 3 matches completed for action on that day. If one or more games is not played (or completed) on that Sunday, the wager has no action.

For proposition bets concerning home vs away goals on a specific day in a specific league/competition, the exact number of matches must be played on that day and wagers will be decided based on two halves of 45 minutes each and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Goals scored in periods of extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.

For example, a prop for home vs away goals for 3 English Premiere matches on a Sunday, must have all 3 matches completed for action on that day. If one or more games is not played (or completed) on that Sunday, the wager has no action.

For proposition bets concerning home vs away goals for a given League or competition on a given day, the team listed on top in a neutral field game (denoted by "(n)") will be considered the home team.

Player Proposition: A proposition bet concerning if a player will score one or more goals, or not score, in a specific match includes regulation time (plus injury time) only. Own goals do not count.

Player to Score at Any time and Hat-Trick propositions concerning a specific match: For wagers to have action the player must start the match (in the starting XI). Wagers on any player who does not start the match will be cancelled.

First and Last Player to Score propositions concerning a specific match: For wagers to have action the player must take part in the match (in the starting XI or substituted in). Wagers on any player who does not take part in the match will be cancelled.

First Player to Score propositions concerning a specific match: Wagers on players substituted in after the first goal is scored will be cancelled.

Every effort will be made to quote First or Last Player to Score odds for all possible participants. However, if there is a goal scorer whose odds are not listed, all customer wagers will still have action (as long as they meet the criteria above).

      Hockey

For wagering purposes, winners and losers are determined by the final score, provided that the game has gone the minimum time as specified above.

'NHL Season Win Points' only include regular season games and all 82 regular season games must be played for action. Play-off games and pre-season games do not count for this bet offering.

      Rugby

For Rugby Games, if any match is abandoned or postponed all bets will be void, except bets on the first try scorer if a try has been scored prior to abandonment. Where a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original away team"s ground in which case all bets will be void.

For example, a bet on the "First Set Winner" will stand if the first set has already been fully completed before play was suspended

In the event of any of the following circumstances, all bets will stand:

      • A change of playing surface
      • A change of venue
      • A change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa
      • The match is delayed or postponed due to inclement weather/bad light and is completed on a later date.

In these instances, any bets will be settled on the final outcome after the conclusion of play.

      Motorsports

When placing a wager on ‘Odds to Win’ a race, wagers shall be deemed ‘no-action’ should the driver not start the race.

The official winner at the conclusion of the race will be the winner for betting purposes

The start of any motor race is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap In League Championship wagering, drivers must race in at least one race during the season to be deemed ‘Action’.

For a motor sports match-up or finishing position prop to be deemed ‘Action’ both drivers must start the race and complete the first lap.If both drivers fail to complete the race then the driver completing the most laps will be deemed the winner. If both drivers retire on the same lap then bets will be settled on the official race finishing order

The race must complete the scheduled number of laps and/or distance for specific proposition wagers (pertaining to number of laps and/or distance) to be deemed ‘Action’. Match-ups, finishing position props and future wagers will still have action regardless.

Special Motorsport Rule: Races must be run within eight (8) days of the scheduled date for your bet to have action.

Rules for Finishing Top 3: In the case of a tie or multiple players finishing in the top 3 position, wagers will be paid using our Dead Heat Rule.

Formula 1: At least 15 drivers must start the race for action.

Official sites will be used as grading source for all wagers (NASCAR.com, F1.com, and Indycar.com or any other OFFICIAL website as reference)

NBA Playoffs, Exact Games, Series Prop

All NBA Playoff series consist of 7 games. For the Exact Games prop bet, the lines would look something like this:

Heat vs Mavs - Exact Games - 7 Game Series (2-3-2) (All Bets Action)

      • 5 Games Heat Win +300
      • 6 Games Heat Win +140
      • 6 Games Mavs Win +700
      • 7 Games Heat Win +250
      • 7 Games Mavs Win +450

If you choose, for example, 5 Games Heat Win +300, you are betting on how many games it will take the Heat to win the series (and NOT how many games in a row they will win).

The price, +300 (3-1 in fractional odds or 4.00 in decimal odds) tells you how much you can win.

The numbers in brackets in the bet's header indicates the number of games to be played in each home team court. For example: Mavs vs Heat exact Games 7 games Series (2-3-2) indicates 2 games in the Mavs home court, 3 games in the Heat home court and 2 in the Mavs home court for a total of 7 games.

The 'All Bets Action' clause in the header of this particular Exact Games prop bet means that:

      • If any game in the series is shortened for any reason but one team is still deemed the winner, all bets will remain action or,
      • If a game starts but gets suspended (for whatever reason) with no winner declared and must be replayed later, then all bets remain action.

These would be extremely rare scenarios.

      Parlay or Multiple Betting

No parlay wagers can be accepted where individual wagers are "connected", "dependent" or "correlated"

      Dead Heat Rule

In the event of a dead heat (a tie), stakes will be divided by the number of selections that have tied, with the divided stake settled at full odds. Remaining stakes are lost. If the tie was a betting option, then the dead heat rule does not apply. The dead heat rule only applies to "future" wagers.

Responsible Gaming

Gambling is about having a good time. But, as many other things, when it is done excessively it may cause problems. Betrnk is concerned about the addiction that gambling may cause. It may negatively affect other areas of a person’s life, such as their physical or mental health, school or work performance, finances, and/or interpersonal relationships Here are some general principles that can help make gambling safer and a more enjoyable experience.

Don’t think of gambling as a way to make money.

The bottom line is that gambling establishments, like land based casinos and internet casinos, are set up to take in more money than they pay out. This means over time, you will lose more money than you win. But, remember it is not just casinos, all forms of gambling have the same principle - the vast majority loses so that a very small minority can have big wins. Virtually all people with gambling problems hold the false expectation that they are the ones who will be the big winners. That belief feeds the problem.

Always gamble with money that you can afford to lose.

Gamble with money that you set aside for fun, like going to the movies or going out for drinks. Never use money that you need for important things, like rent, bills, tuition, etc.

Set a money limit.

Decide how much money you can afford to lose before you play. When you have lost that amount of money, quit. If you win – enjoy, but remember it won’t happen all the time.

Set a time limit.

Decide how much time you can afford to spend gambling. When you reach that time limit, stop gambling.

Never chase losses.

If you lose money, never try to get it back by going over your limit. This usually leads to even bigger losses.

Don’t gamble when you are depressed or upset.

It is hard to make good decisions about gambling when you are feeling down.

Balance gambling with other activities.

It’s important to enjoy other activities so that gambling doesn’t become too big a part of your life.
